We deliver orders throughout EUROPE
The delivery time depends on the availability of the goods in stock. If at the time of placing the order all the selected goods are in stock, we will deliver the order within 2 - 3 days, depending on the remoteness of your region. If the ordered goods are not in stock, the maximum delivery time of the order can be 5 - 6 days. But we try to deliver orders to customers as quickly as possible, and 90% of customer orders are sent within the first 2 days. In case part of the goods from your order has not arrived in stock after 3 days, we will send all the goods from stock, and then send you the remaining part of the order at our own expense.

How much is shipping?
Shipping cost is calculated based on your location and the items in your cart. You can get free standard shipping on orders over 65€.
What is your shipping policy?
We try to ship all orders as soon as we can. We make all of our samples after each order so if there is a large surge in orders we do have delays at times. If there is a delay we will include a free sample and/or upgrade your shipping.

Can I make a return?
We guarantee that the decant you're receiving is from a genuine bottle from the manufacturer, but we can't guarantee that you'll love your fragrance. Since we hand-decant each order we cannot accept returns. We'll only accept returns if we make an error, or if there is damage during shipping.
